: (1) The employer should not force the workers to work more than the time mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 28.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if any work is not completed, the life, safety and health of any person may be adversely affected or the employer is seriously harmed, subject to sub-section (1) of section 30, to make the concerned workers work extra time. will end
